The Service is currently available on an early-access basis to qualified institutions under separate agreements.
Users of the Service are responsible for:
• Ensuring they are qualified healthcare professionals or authorised institutional users. • Using the Service in accordance with applicable clinical protocols and institutional policies. • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. • Promptly reporting any security incidents or misuse.
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose. • Attempt to circumvent security measures. • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract data from the Service. • Misrepresent recommendations generated by the Service as authoritative clinical diagnoses. • Share access credentials with unauthorised individuals.
All content, algorithms, software, trademarks, and visual design elements of the Covirgent platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Covirgent Medicals. Nothing in these terms grants users ownership rights.
Covirgent Medicals does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Scheduled maintenance, updates and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Covirgent Medicals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service is a clinical decision-support tool. Final clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating healthcare professional.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party tools, databases or platforms. Covirgent Medicals is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party services.
Covirgent Medicals reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Covirgent Medicals may suspend or terminate access to the Service at its discretion, including in the event of breach of these Terms. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.
